Mass Ban Evasion/Account Hacking/Sales Ring

Link to banned Sythe account(s): @stinger43 @Zimbabwe just to name a few, there's got to be at least 20+. Stinger is also a known impostor that scams names
Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :

IP Audit (ALL THESE ACCOUNTS FALL UNDER THE SAME IP ADDRESS)
Same M.O: All accounts are very old with huge gaps of inactivity. The last activity changes for each assuming different people crack them overtime. Almost all are very old, hinting they are from the leaked sythe database of the past.

It Looks like someone cracked these accounts, then sells the Sythe accounts, as there are too many active at the same time to be the same person. Whoever cracks the account must be using the IP that links them all together. THIS IS JUST A THEORY, ill let Mods Research it Further

I am not accusing anyone here of vading or buying cracked sythe accounts, but it does seem suspicious at the least. It definitely needs to be looked at tho lol

EDIT: This was confirmed a Home IP by Champ. Apparently Samirk3 was hacked by some user and could explain why the IP link is happening here. I don't know if it can explain it for anyone else though.
