Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :
The current scythe accounts with DNT's and Banned are selling the same exact account. He doesn't list his UID anywhere, but here's some discord dialogue of him using my first name (which isn't public as far as I know) and admitting to ban evading

This explains the slight differences in the accounts
