I think there needs to be a way to implement some sort of a market filter. What I mean is that when I'm going through the market I only like to purchase from people I know are trusted (high vouches, big donator, well known, etc.). I only buy from trusted people because I don't like whatever I'm buying to get recovered. There has to be some way we can implement a filter or sub-forums of some way to separate people by vouch count or something?

    Post suggestions/feedback here.

I have thought about this before and agree with it, but I doubt it will ever be allowed. What would the cutoff be?

Just like with Jagex's 1K+ post count, and 1.8k+ post count posting limits?
Where people with only this amount may post,
Or in particular a search that will find posts with a certain amount of vouches/posts?

I'm not sure. I'm sure it would be hard to keep up with. To do a sub-forums sort of thing they would have to update permissions masks etc. I really don't think this suggestion will ever happen but I thought I'd post it anyways.

But this is a trading forum. You can't really use posts as the sole determinant.

I'm pretty sure your suggestion about a "trusted/filtered sub forum" follows under those categories, and as for your other statement about a way to filter out the rift raft from people who you do trust, I think you can do that already yourself perfectly without difficulty.

Aight matt so that disregards the subforum suggestion. And using your logic we shouldn't have a search box because we can "find it ourselves".

No idea what you're talking about.
But Matt is correct, it is against the rules.

I'm pretty sure using the search box is a lot more useful for about almost everything, where as looking through the market is basically using your vision and common sense try reading through the thread creator names if you don't know them, don't enter their thread.

Yes but what I'm saying is a way to save time. And saving time is money. Thank you for your opinion and feedback nonetheless.

I do not like this idea for a number of reasons, one of them being that new members will not be able to gain trust easily, and it will corrupt Sythe if we repeatedly go for more trusted members.

How will this corrupt Sythe? Is not Sythe already renowned for hosting large amounts of scammers? This would be able to help new members seek out trustworthy buyers. In other words I support this.

It would be helping trusted users. Everyone knows 90% of the new users are evaders meaning they were banned at some point for something. And shouldn't the trusted be easier to find than the untrusted?
