Artemji bought an High level ironman of @JayyKush for (i guess) 750$/~1.5B which he is reselling for only 1Bil which is ~450-500$. it doesn‘t make sense at all to sell a level 2k total with 400m bank and 229QP for only 1Bil at a rate of +-0 or even more loss.

If you are looking i the selling description, you can also see that he is:
1. Using the same links, which means he never played this account
2. same TOS with lifetime guarantee. Only a person who is OO can provide something like Lifetime Guarantee.
3. he literally copy pasted the full thread.

I agree this is a little odd. It's not against the rules to buy something and sell it back for less though. Also if the second owner has a lifetime guarantee from the original owner that he is extending to future owners that seems theoretically possible to uphold.
