I, Mankstar, has been banned, I have looked at the report and do not see sufficient evidence. In my defense, I did confirm the receipt for the 150M that I purchased. However the user omgtux assured me he would log onto his addition characters to send me the other 50M remaining. I waited more than four hours only to come to the conclusion that he was not coming back on line to finalize the transaction. This left me no option but to claim my money back.
Further I would like to add that after he noticed I put forward a dispute,he has constantly harassed me, which has left me feeling very intimidated. You will notice from his evidence, that he posted with the pay-pal info, on the top search bars the user has been searching my personal details all over the internet. Making threats towards me, I do not wish to discuss the matter with the seller directly, as if these threats continue i shall be seeking legal advice. All he had to do was to complete the transaction and all this would be spared. He tried to scam and was found out, he can not handle his criminal consequences.
