Prior to starting this thread I would like to request that Yoshiki remains completely outside of this thread as I believe he is acting out of Bias and a self propelled agenda. I will explain in further detail as to why I have made this request.

How it started

I made 2 threads on the OSRS skilling forum for 2 separate orders. Yoshiki infracted me for this (might I add without a warning) and I believe the reason cited was spam. I called Yoshiki out on this via discord asking if he was bored or something as I felt it really was out of the blue and unjustified and a warning would have sufficed. I explained to him I didn't want to group the 2 orders into one thread as it may deter skillers that specialise in just a sole skill. He ignored my message and and that was the end of that. Or so I thought....

Moving on

Clearly something I said got to Yoshiki and he decided to go on a wild personal driven hunt to get me banned off the site. Akin to if someone on social media insults you, you then check their profile to see what sort of ammunition you can fire back at them. Very petty behavior and for a moderator very unprofessional.

He linked me to my offsite EPVP account by the name of "reclaiimer"

This account is myself. I do not deny that and it is infact me. I used to regularly play league of legends and EPVP is a fantastic forum for that game.

The bit that really confuses me and astounds me is how then he has made the huge jump to link me to a banned user on Sythe. Because of an offsite account that I hold he has linked me to an account that was registered on Sythe almost 12 years ago purely via a same name link.

To clarify my only link to this account is the fact that my offsite account shares the same name as this banned user. I share absolutely nothing with this user at all.

I created Mandalorian in 2016 when I began to regularly play OSRS and similar to how EPVP is the forum for league of legends, Sythe is the forum for OSRS in my eyes. Up until 2016 I had absolutely no interest or reason to be on Sythe. On my stay on sythe I have had zero issues, zero infractions and to be quite honestly hardly any trade activity whatsoever.

I would completely get the point if it was a unique name but a quick google search brings up a vast amount of results for example:

Based on Yoshikis logic am i now also all the above mentioned people in the above threads?

To Conclude

I believe Yoshiki has instigated this ban unfairly and unjustly. He has tried to add 2 + 2 and ended up with 6 purely to suit his own self interests. I dont think Andy really has looked into the specifics of the report in depth otherwise he would clearly see theres nothing to support the report other than I share a name. In Andy's defense there are a few accounts and threads that have been linked and so there may have been a bit of confusion.

In my eyes it looks like my only offence here is having an offsite account that shares the same name as a user who was banned years earlier.
