Man who shot a robber

I say manslaughter would be an accurate charge.
10 years would be a correct sentence in my opinion..

Why shoot an unarmed 16 year old? Anger?
Maybe if his first shot was accurate enough to kill him, but this story reads out guilt of some sort.

He was justified in arming/protecting himself though!
Pharmacies have been getting robbed left and right up North (alot easier than a bank, same payout!)
I live in Fl though, they are much easier to get here, just gotta find the right doctor.
