Putting everything else aside...

That is incredibly tragic and I am sorry for your loss. Taking your own life is devastating not only to the individual but also to those that love them and care about them. When it comes to loss, speaking from experience, it does leave you asking oftentimes "what more could I have done?" or just imagining what would be if you were there. It's a very sad situation all around and I implore those who feel this is the only way out to find someone they can confide in and share their thoughts. We are only here for so long, no reason to make it shorter on yourself.

 

Sorry for your loss, dude. He will live on in your heart.

 

Suicide hits home for me, although I will keep my story personal for now. I'll save you the "omg im sorry" or "that's terrible" as I'm sure you've heard it enough. You've learned and seen what it can do to family, friends, and a community. It makes love and kindness that much more important for everyone. Respect and equality, love and kindness, relation and understanding.

 

Sorry for your loss buddy, never even noticed you had posted this to be fair you should of said something.

I was actually typing up something like this last week as you know yourself my brother tried to overdose himself last week.

I would like to say everything happens for a reason, but that doesn't justify general human emotion that isn't shown on the outside. There is one thing I will say to anyone who feels it needs to happen time to time, and this is coming from someone who is down in the dumps every day finding myself at least 10-20 times a day like I need to cry but I don't know why and cant because I don't know why I want to, there is a bigger plan to life for you and there always will be if you let it.

I was empty until I met my wife, until we had children and gave myself a meaning to live, if we argue I feel like dying all the time but I don't because I wouldn't be able to forgive myself if I did something stupid and left them without a clue to why.

Life isn't always what you make it or always fun and fair, but one thing that doesn't change is there is someone out there that will always love, always care and always try to support you if you speak out, remember it's not worth it as you have your whole life ahead of you.

 

My condolences, that is truly sad. I can't imagine how difficult it must be to cope with the loss of someone so close to you.

I work myself in the mental health area as a nurse on a psych ward. I can't understand your pain but I hope you are okay.
