But now he was banned due to real world trading and being reported by a phony bogus clan who are just jealous but I was wondering is there any way to have a perm ban lifted or something help me out here.

 

I dont think they consider those bans unless you were hacked.

Your best bet would to be get in contact with Jagex.

Not worth posting on RuneScape's horrible forums or anything. That does no good.

 

Have you considered that maybe they saw you RWT'd recently after you got reported and banned you for that? Not trying to call you out or anything but that's one of the risks of RWT'ing.
