User was until recently banned for sharing with someone he claimed was his business "partner" Skorpz.

He claimed Skorpz the scammer was a business partner of his, and the IP matches were due to them sharing accounts, but it seems they are in fact the same person. Skorpz has been reported on Powerbot with a report somehow including Maksy's email:

Seems he is the same scammer using multiple aliases, and the IP matches weren't due to him "account sharing" but due to him being the same person.
