Making a new forum, need some help

Okay so I am going to be setting up a new forum. I have my vB and edited my config file. I need help doing the rest. Anyone who is interested in building up this site or wants to help me get it going can add my msn.

I am experienced with vB as well as cPanel and WHM so I can help you if you sdtill need to get things up & running. As for phBB i only have used once :/

Says nothing about helping somebody making a forum that may/may not have some relation to warez. His question (help setting up a forum) is completely irrelevant to the topic of his forum, so I don't see how this is against the rules at all (unless my logic failed somewhere).

PhpBB is extremely easy to install. There are many guides to do so on the internet (just google PhpBB install guide, or look it up on YouTube), so locate one and follow the instructions to have a working forum.

If you have any more specific questions, I'll give my best shot at answering them.

 

I have helped atrain out and have given him enuf info to get himself his own host/domain and have thus far set up vB and some skins. Will do install of mods/styles tomorrow. I think he's fine for now

 

1227 Helped me out largely. I installed a total of 4 mods todayy. Going to do some more tomorrow night. I am on spring break until next tuesday so if anyone wants to become a recruiter for the site or wants to help with mods, adding forums, adding themes, making a banner, making user ranks, ect ect, let me know and I will "interview" you on msn.
