Making a Different Type of Pure

[Johnny-Kun]

So I am making a pure, but I was thinking of ones that I liked, and ones people had and such and such. Pures that I liked consisted of 1 defence pures, or mage pures.

Now I was watching Xomor stream, not trying to advertise for anyone. He has an account where he has 82 magic, and he Teleblocks+Entangles+Flames of Zamorak. Now watching all of his combos and his hits and kills I was amazed.

A pure I was thinking of making was a Flames of Zamorak to G Maul rusher. Now I don't think this is really an official pure, but it is one that I am thinking about making. Basically this pure consists of ATLEAST 60 Magic for the Flames of Zamorak spell. A bonus perk to this pure would be level 82 Magic for Teleblock+Entangle. Also the pure would need atleast 50 Attack and 50 Strength.

The goal of this pure, or what this pure would do is... Teleblock+Entangle+Flames of Zamorak+G Maul spec. Yes, this seems like a lot to do in a fast motion, but with some practice, I believe I can get it down. The concept is pretty much to one bang the opponents. Now I know a lot of people would not be in favor for this pure, because of the rushing part. Of course, I will not only be rushing with the pure, it will be used for Mage Pking and such.

The only reason I was liking this pure is the power of the weapons used. I made this thread to get peoples opinions on my Account in the Making.

The stats will most likely consist of...

Stats:
Attack: 50
Strength: 50+
Defence: 1
Range: Not needed
Prayer: 52
Magic: 60+
Hitpoints: 60-70

I am not 100% sure on this gear, but I will be updating as soon as I figure it out for sure.

Gear:
Ghostly Hood
Zamorak God Cape
Amulet of Glory
Zamorak Staff
Ghostly Robe
Zamorak Book
Ghostly Robe Bottom
RFD Gloves
Climbing Boots

Combat at minimum: 54
Combat at midway(80 Strength 82 Magic 65 Hitpoints): 65
Combat at Maximum(99 strength 99 Magic 70 Hitpoints): 72

Please all, give me your opinions on this pure.

Meet me in the wild with those hit points and I'll three hit you. You want to aim for 60 attack, 44 prayer, and as high strength, range, magic and HP as possible. I'm going for 94 magic, 90 range, and 85 strength with at least 75+ HP as a mid goal, and I will then eventually max those stats out over the course of the summer, alching, chinning, and doing pest control. People argue about staying 11 or 31 prayer, but 44 or 52 is the way to go if you plan to PK past level 10 wilderness. I chose 44 because I don't feel the need to smite, but once I max out I'll probably get 52.

g maul pures were very common back in the day and for good reason.
get 85 mage so you don't need to pot.
ice blitz to g maul works well for edge rushing.

This is a good idea in 07 style PK'ing, because you don't run the risk of getting into turmoil pure territory. However, I'd still be wary of the 1 Defence when you start messing around with Zerkers.

Your combat level will be way past what mine will be when maxed out... Plus with about 60 Hitpoints, I will be more then okay, I promise you won't be close to 3 hitting me.

I will be doing Desert Treasure, but for the most part not sure if I want to do Ice Blitz yet, because I really enjoy the Flames of Zamorak.

lol it seems like you don't really know what you're doing. As a pure you'll be fighting other pures, and you'll get your ass handed to you if you step in the wild with 60 hp. Also, you need 80+ magic because the only reason he hit hard with zammy flames is because of the charge spell. Also, you'll risk at LEAST 130k when you go pking? The staff is 80k, and gmaul will probably be very very expensive when it comes out. You'll need 80+ strength too

Technically I don't "need" anything, and I do know what I'm doing. I won't always be hand to hand combat with everyone, will be doing rushing a lot. And the fact as, I don't plan on dying, as I have teleports.

I just updated the gear, with Climbing Boots instead of Ghostly Boots.

Does anyone have any positive comments about this pure?
