Making 1 or 2 money making ALTs need advice

100% best money make on the game right now would be revs. It's around 5m/hour obviously depends on how many times you get pked and on stats. You could make a 75 ranged account with some defence levels and you would be good to go. Also make sure you get salve amulet e as it makes it faster. Even if you get pked a few times per hour it will still be like 2m per hour.
