    Make Scamming have Serious Consequences

    Hi,

The way I see it, scammers scam because they think it puts them at little risk, while they can make great amounts of money. "What's the worst that could happen? I get banned from Sythe, so what."

Therefore, I think it's time to make sure that scamming has serious consequences. The best way to go about this, in my opinion, would be to create a massive blacklist divulging the personal information of people found guilty of scamming: Sythe Username, RuneScape, Username, IP addresses, PayPal e-mail address, MSN address, Real-life Name, Facebook-Account if applicable, so on, so forth.

Only a no-tolerance approach with these types of harsh repercussions will scare people into not scamming.

Does anyone have any opinions on the matter?

Our responsibility is just to ban scammers. Once that's done, it's between the scammer and the victim; it's no longer our problem.
