From what I can gather there is going to be a future game update that you will be leaked. This update will cause a certain item to flunctuate in price once it has been released, but what you want to do is buyout the item BEFORE the update and price rise, therefore making us HUGE profits.

I doubt it would be something that mainstream. There is a HUGE supply for all runes already, and they already have a pretty steady price- I think the update would include an item that is a bit less common, something that the price will fluctuate easily and quickly.

I think what's happening here is probably something like an update that will require.. let's say for example.. a tanned cavalier to complete because you need to dress posh to get in a party in the quest. Because we've bought them out before the quest, they will rise in price making us amazing profit.

Thanks to the GE system there will be no risk at all. Should you take the wrong item, then the price of this item will still go up and you'll manage to pull a profit. The profits would be HUGE should you manage to manage such a thing, however it would require alot of research.
