Long story short, in August I sold the account with the name 'Fall' to AKB48, and while she tried to transfer, the name was stolen by someone.
AKB48's vouch for Fall: http://www.sythe.org/showpost.php?p=9405138&postcount=89
AKB48's bid on the name: http://sythe.org/showpost.php?p=9389597&postcount=73 (though she ended up buying it for the A/W of 200M)
Proof that Majish is selling it: http://sythe.org/showpost.php?p=9899663&postcount=5
When confronted about this by ARTICx on his thread, he denies being the original owner, and when asked if it was a friend of his that sniped the name from my buyer, he simply answers “dunnoâ€.
Another denial of the crime:
When I pm him asking about it though, he says this ‘friend’ of his is a lurker on Sythe, and that he doesn’t know if it’s someone I know or why they stole it from me. He acknowledges it was stolen, but refuses to return it.
However, when a friend of mine posed as a buyer interested in ‘Fall’, Majish admits he’s the original owner
Thank you
