the name comission means to be brought into the army comission is a RARE name its almost as rare as say ice or something it is not plural even though it's "long" that shouldn't matter because of the meaning it's better then those whole like

It would be rare apart from the fact it is spelt 'commission'.. A rare name can differ in peoples opinions.
