Hey guys, I'm not sure how many people do firecapes with payment through the mail. I don't have enough RSGP to afford to do a cape that way, and I don't do paypal. I'm willing to pay 20 dollars for someone to do a cape on my level 75.

Stats:
30 def
80 range
45 pray
74 hp

Will supply everything needed. Let me know if anyone will accept $20 cash USD (meaning only people residing in the US can do this for me) thru mail.
