Scam Report - Dutch Digital Internet Services

On our contract deal it says in no form that the payment method iDEAL can be reversed. DDIS are seizing funds from a 666 Euro order claiming the bank has contacted them saying it is fraudulent.

If a chargeback occurs for paypal/skrill. We upload evidence - chatlogs, ID (if $50 or more spent / month), screenshot of email receipt, and ensure the phone number was confirmed during the order. When this is done, DDIS reimburse the loss, which unfortunately can take over a month for them to get around to.

As for all other methods, we have been told they are not reversible and there are no warning messages on the CMS order system to ask for proof of identity. This includes iDEAL, which accord to both Kaii and Alexia (dutch agents on my site), cannot be reversed or chargedback as a fraudster/carder would require the phone attached to the bank.

I asked Ron yesterday in the CMS live chat system to prove evidence that the the funds had been fraudulent, no evidence has been given to me. Instead he ignored my question and asked to see chatlogs. Which is stupid, considering I uploaded them all yesterday to the CMS.

It is not personal, but I would like to see evidence that this is a legitimate claim and not a way of scamming all of their clients. We NEVER are shown evidence of chargebacks, so just assume they are being legitimate. However today I have my doubts.

Ignores my message yesterday, and just sends me this today: http://prntscr.com/bbwxsk

Proof I uploaded all of the live chat chatlogs yesterday: http://prntscr.com/bbwylv

Now Cas is saying he is going to check if the system doesn't give a warning message. He should know this already, and could easily fake this now: http://prntscr.com/bbx4jq

If an admin would like to see a copy of the DDIS contract I have signed, feel free to contact me. At no point in the contract does it warn us of this for iDEAL.

A very unorganised company. Not happy at all, took them 3 months update gfx on my website, and now this.

    Update:

    In response to Cas' reply.

If you have never had an iDEAL chargeback before, and assumed as we did that it was not reversible, then why would you implement a warning on the system in the first place?

    Update:

I think this is the best comparison i can do for our order system.

Firstly we have an order of 100M 2007 Gold for iDEAL. No red bar, no verification section.

    http://prntscr.com/bbxenf
    http://prntscr.com/bbxevk

Next we have a 100M 07 order for Paypal. Red warning clearly visible, verification section visible.

    http://prntscr.com/bbxf4q
    http://prntscr.com/bbxfdi

In addition, I have found a 1000M 07 order on my site for iDEAL. This also does not have any warnings:

    http://prntscr.com/bbxgr9

    Update:

I have been reimbursed and I assume the system is being fixed. All good to close the report. Thanks

I have told you I needed to verify if the system didn't sent a warning message asking you to verify.
If it doesn't ask for verification, we are in the wrong here and will cover for the chargeback in full, sorry for the unfortunate situation, but you're the victim of our very first iDeal chargeback, which makes this a tricky situation.

I'll keep you updated if I know more

We're internally investigating this issue, and the verification system in detail. I'll update here when I know more.

We have reviewed the verification system, and we have found a bug that prevented the verification for iDeal payments to trigger.
I have added the funds back into your balance.

I'm extremely sorry for the inconvenience in this matter.
Hope you have a great weekend!
