Require more information to sell an account

Was unsure where to post this so I will post it here, last year an account that belonged to me was apparently listed for sale on this website. It was not sold but in turn UID banned on its respective server and now I have to find a way to prove that I did not make the post. In other words people are losing out on their hard work because they can just post any account and it will cause the person to be banned on their server if the staff watch this site.

 

What would you suggest be added to the requirements that would prevent this from happening?

Regardless, the odds of someone posting an account that isn't theirs just to have the user banned on an RSPS is very malicious and has an insanely small chance of occurring. How did the user you're referring to get a picture of your stats?

If someone somehow stole proof of ownership of your account, report them. Once the report is settled, it should be more than enough to prove you didn't make the post.

I am unsure of what fully happened as the account has been banned since last year and I was just given the full reason today. I would have personally filed a report asap but I did not even know this website existed.

 

You can still file one, there's no expiry time limit on reports.

 

I have to find the specific post. The staff from the server are not being helpful because they think it was me so I have looked through over 50 pages of postings so far.

This sounds like a problem that is very specific to your situation and not a problem with Sythe

 

I am going to assume that the person selling "your" account was a new member. Anyone with any common sense would not go first and/or would be using a MM for the transaction. The account trade would have been stopped so quickly when the MM could not get on the account.
