forgive you: Hello , first off i admit to ban evading. my reason for commiting this offence is that i was desperate to restart and make money for myself and make my own trading services. i apologize for what i did and i hope you can forgive me for such an offence.

What happen was i use to be on tribot , i got banned there for scamming , i admit it was a scum move. i repayed the guy and i think this was about the start of 2015 in january. i came to sythe to restart my trading services and i didnt gain many vouches , it was when i started appearing as sketchy to people that someone researched me and my skype and paypal linked to tribot. i then got banned for ban evading and that was my account csweetlove

a few weeks later i then went and made my magic gold account

this account i changed my attitude and went to try and make progress , i gained 12 vouches until i got banned . a few for buying gold , and selling gold and some for services. I saw myself as doing well and i wanted to continue this for the future. i wanted to invest my money into making my own swapping services. I wanted to buy gold to start off , i contacted c0ngs on skype about buying 200m 07 gold for $1.20 per million. I asked if we could use a middleman to be safe. I contacted ihatequesting to middleman the trade. so we made a skype group and we talked about the trade , we did the process of posting on his mm thread. ihatequesting then added c0ngs and did some research as they classed me as a new guy using paypal. he found my old sythe account linked with my current paypal and name. i had already paid c0ngs the first half of the trade of $120 via paypal for 100m , doing this twice using the mm. ihatequesting canceld the trade and told c0ngs to refund me , i got my refund and c0ngs got his refund from ihatequesting who held the 100m. ihatequesting then reported me for ban evading with the evidence linking the old account. i admit all offences and all i wanted to do is gain my credibility at sythe and grow a bigger base of customers to expand my trade services for gold.

i did not ever intend to scam or chargeback a player at sythe , nor any other runescape related forum. I appeal for forgiveness and my account to be unbanned. i understand if you do not agree with my pardon but i appreciate all feedback

Im sorry for breaking a sythe rule and i hope a pardon can be accepted

I am currently trying to contact the guy on tribot to refund his 5m he reported me for , his account hasnt been active since august last year and ive contacted a tribot admin to try and help get contact ,

 

Can you post proof of adding the member on Skype + sending him an email or something? One month from that date you did that is when voting can commence.
