I have a really low magic level, 65, and was wondering what the quickest way to 80 or so would be. I hate alching, but if it's the quickest, I'll stick with it. Im not looking to loose a lot of money alching, just letting you all know. Thanks to those who post

 

Unfortunately, the best way to gain experience with Magic at this stage is Alching. You can find a calculator here, which will help you make a profit or not lose to much cash.

Other options which you can use if you get bored are Superheating Steel bars, or making tablet teleports at a lecturn.

 

Superheating is alot of XP and super quick too!
