Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

My rsps worker mishandled a trade and accessed an rsps account that was given to our customer without their explicit consent to change the password & pin of the account. While I supported and still do support my agent in his actions, as he was only doing what he thought was best for the customers trade security/safety, I do understand why staff deemed it problematic. Obviously, actions like accessing accounts after they are used in a completed trade would be a huge issue if it was allowed by all people, and even when done by trusted services it can blur the lines of liability in the case something bad should happen during/after the trade, and in this case the customers account was banned as some point later in that day. Our number one priority is too keep our customers safe, and evidently this was not something that resulted in a positive outcome for our customer, and the trade may have gone through specifically due to my agent pushing for/convincing the customer to take the trade and then attempting to make sure the customer was secure after the fact which is not a good way to do business in general.

I take full responsibility for the actions of anyone working under me, and since this report, I have worked hard to advance the communication abilities of all my agents as well as increase the rigour of our trading procedures even for rsps trading (which includes our procedures for account/gold verification and scrutiny of all of our suppliers so that no customer is negatively affected by a supplier we failed to adequately screen) which is a notoriously hard to trade in market. We are also always as upfront as possible with customers when it comes to ban rates and chances for loss of wealth, especially when it comes to rsps trading.

We have been actively trading throughout the entire duration of our 30 day TWC, despite the fact that we haven't collected too many vouches on our sythe vouch thread, or market threads, we are actively selling each day on our website and collecting reviews on various review platforms. I am actively helping the sythe community when I can, reporting posts, reporting ban evaders, and doing what I can in the time I spend on sythe. Now with the jagex crackdowns growing stronger, we have seen a few sites closing, and even some others scam quitting, but Space Station Gold will remain a trustworthy place to buy gold as long as possible. We hold running tabs with many of the major resellers which we always pay in full whenever requested.
