mage pure -> str hybrid?

I've never tried this before but I think if I do it right I could make a pretty good str-hybrid by starting out mage and then when I get 82 magic and desert treasure done start getting str up. This is my first post on sythe even though I've read about 200 guides most of them were stupid though. So far I have;

(right now/semi-goal/semi-goal.../finished)

24/+ combat
38/55/70/82 magic
21/+ hp
1/99 strength
1/60/maybe 70 attack

On rs I'm really poor so I have to cut my own yew longs and get my own bs for them to alch my new pure's name is save my mind if anyone wants to add me I don't mind nobody ever talks in rs.

That's a very good idea.
You could also get range up to 70 for black d hide chaps if you like.
Also, getting range up will help hp
