Pizcheck Apology/High Pardon

Sythe Overview.

Previous Accounts:

Pizcheck ( You have been banned for the following reason:
selling (what seem to be) keylogged Netflix accounts
Date the ban will be lifted: Never ) ( That REASON IS 100% FALSE )

davidluis ( I used this account not to ban evade but to appeal for the ban, after receiving my result from the mod, i could not post further information leading to extra proof ) ( Ban Evasion )

thestone ( I posted a very long dispute & also a pardon but no reply , could not even see the final result from the mod and got a straight ban ) ( Ban Evasion )

Safeplayer ( I couldn't be bothered trying to resolve the issue at this stage and thought maybe i wouldn't get banned and just continue being a normal member but that wasn't the case - Straight ban Ban Evasion )

Pizcheckunban ( Hopefully i will get my main account 'pizcheck' unbanned using the final and last account on sythe and try and regain it. The mods who have taken review of my ban appeal they misunderstood what i actually was doing and without any warnings / questions via pm on my account 'Pizcheck' didn't hassle to give it a straight ban.

1: Pizcheck posts a thread ' selling netflix accounts ' before i posted this thread i googled ' selling netflix accounts ' i got plenty of results.

I can go on forever of people selling netflix accounts here and there but the above are quite the same boat as me.

Mods/Admins misunderstood the whole concept of the ban and without any hesitation just give me a straight PERM BAN.
I'm just fighting for my rights and ye do know that i've done nothing wrong and what about the above users? Did they get away with it or is it just me. Ye decided to pick on me and just ban me without question.

Whatever mod/admin banned me could of posted on the thread ' Could you prove me if it's not stolen / legal / work '?
No because i believe the mod who banned me was very arrogant and couldn't be bothered with dealing with it. I believe it was yaroow the market moderator.

I'm not going to lie but when i posted the thread beforehand i received a vocuh netflix account from another forum.
I was using that if anyone purchased from me on sythe.
The thread stated that which i believed thought it was legal and just a months subscription ( another forum ), didn't say anywhere on the thread that it was illegal.

So that's much as i can say...
I want a quick reply from this thread please and do actually want a PM and a post here because i don't want to create another account which i know shouldn't be doing and taking a look at the final conclusion posted by the mod/admin.

Seriously like the mod/admin user: yaroow when i posted the thread ' selling netflix accounts ' should of atleast pm'd me ' not allowed ' and closed the thread. But he took the daring step and just gave me a straight ban PERM ban.

I regret not taking another look at the sythe rules section but i believe i should receive an unban for pizcheck and should receive no penaltys/fines in any circumstance because the above users i mentioned didn't receive any ban whatsoever...

Any hope to post the IMAGE of the vouch netflix account upon request.

Not once did you agree or disagree that those accounts are cracked, so for completely avoiding the subject, i'm going to have to say no.

 

It was to my understanding we ban all users that knowingly buy black-hat goods.
As I do not use that entire section, I did not know that other moderators have been so lax about the rules and will bring this up in the future.

I would have supported, but due to your Ban Evasion on SafePlayer, which had nothing to do with posting a dispute, I will have to say NO from me.

 

Explain in plain clear ENGLISH to what exactly what you're trying to say and what it means?

If you had checked my previous dispute it would of stated it, and by the way please don't post come here and post straight away ' i don't support ' because I assume that you're showing a lack of understanding and not using wise time management to actually read what was the ban dispute.
As i mentioned my previous accounts which i had to dispute my ban i had posted several times in dispute / apology section.
You could of at least:
1) Search The User And check for users posts.
Not saying you're not very well trained for a mod but maybe think twice before posting which may affect the outcome of my ban

That word 'Knowingly' why didn't you know the users beside me where selling quite the similar type of services. As you just said ' i don't use the entire section ' why did you take the decision to immediately issue a ban on me then'?

Why did they get away with it?
Was there a lack of awareness by the sythe moderation team to take action?
Why pick on me, when i've been trying my hardest to show my kindness on this forum and since i've been banned for the last 18days or so i've lost plenty of valuable time which is money'

I think this a complete waste of time and huge error by the person who placed the ban upon me.

Like I've said I would of closed the thread if the mod who was taking action on my thread i would of reported the thread and asked for it to close it.
I'm an innocent person and hate it when something simple comes to an argument which could of stopped from the beginning.

There was no need for a perm ban to be honest with ya.
This is rather looking quite serious and turning out to be like i've scammed someone £1,000.... #facepalm#

Also i admit for the fault ( posting the thread before knowing the consequences , should of taken a look at the person giving the vouch's thread more specifically but instead i hurried into PM'ing him asking for the vouch account (since he mentioned 5 vouch copies are available, think that was the amount) that took my whole mind and therefor decided to post a thread like this which caused a huge argument).

I've sincerely learned my lesson and hope to not create another mistake similar to this ever again on sythe and i hope to be back on sythe with my main account 'Pizhceck'.
I feel very lost and have no hope without sythe for making that slight profit irl.
I hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible please.

Is any global mod / admin going to take any decision because its been over 10 days and i can't bear to wait anymore!

 

It's been 5 days since you posted your pardon. You've got 2 days left to gain 5 supports.

 

Already 3 Declines For No Support And 2 Days Left , Don't See 5 Supports Heading This Way :/ I Suppose It's Because More Than Half Looking At This Don't Even Know Whats Going On And Just Recklessly Post Something I Slightly Made A Mistake Of And Then Deny The Support.

I believe this is a simple matter, it's not a very hard decision to make. I've provided all the relevant facts and proofs and all the information which leaded to the ban, and still ye are still implementing me further requirements to remove the ban which will be impossible ( To get 5 supports ).

I'm a very honest, truthful and innocent guy but i feel like more like a scammer right now ( which i haven't ), i haven't caused trouble or harmed anyone. I'm running out of patience and out of cash. That's why i want to be back on sythe.

I hope to become a sythe verified user, increase my posts on sythe by co operating with other members and also in the near future by donating.

Hope staff of sythe understand me and this situation.

I don't see how this is a pardon since you aren't even agreeing with the ban.

I blame Yaroow basically he misunderstood what i was doing and about to do.

Basically i was going to use many paysafecards to keep registrating for netflix free one month and sell it.
(Which i haven't done yet and was going to do)

Suddenly i stumbled across a few popular forums, didn't really take any notice of the name and decided to take a look at a few threads.

So i saw this thread and at the very bottom of the post it says ' giving away free vouch account ', i got mail from the guys vouch thread and i posted the proof above.

Basically that was it really.
