    Shmeeper - account recovery
    I made a thread What did he mean by this? and got banned because I didn't log in for years and my location is very different. I moved from U.S to Lithuania (where I used my account but then stopped using it) in 2010 Spring. Then I moved back to U.S. where I am now and logged in and got banned. My ISP in Lithuania was Zebra I think. Not sure what else to post here.
