Question about Account Buying/Selling

I see a lot of major account sellers usually have "ToS" and a lot of them have one sort of term that says something along the lines of "After X amount of days (whether it be 30 days, 3 months, 1 year etc.) I am no longer responsible for this account. Now if you buy an account off of this person, are you basically giving them free reign to do whatever they please after the designated time period is up? My other question is, does Sythe consider these TOS given from account sellers as binding? Like if a seller says that a account is no longer their responsibility after 3 months, and on the 91st day it gets recovered does Sythe still hold that person responsible? If they were the original owner of the account as they claim who else could of possibly recovered it? Can't they just claim that it's your own fault and you must of gotten hacked due to a keylogger or something along those lines? I guess I'm just curious on what Sythes take is on these TOS's that sellers have.

 

wheres it say 2years default? need for reference for my acc sales, I thought it was 1month as stated in this thread Changes and clarifications to the account market
