How they scammed: We chatted on skype, and I agreed to go first and send of the paypal transaction of $USD30.00. As soon as paypal emailed me to tell me that he had accepted the transaction, I messaged him on skype asking for the account details. Only to see that he had deleted me from his contact list, and possibly blocked me.
