Report/post/reason that got you banned:

1. 'Scamming' $120 which was repaid (E-cheque PayPal).

2. 'Ban Evasion' which i made an account for to create a pardon which is my bad. The rest of the accounts were dismissed by @Panda saying
''There is a home ip match however after investigating both your account and the banned ones I have decided that your story is credible enough and I believe you are not connected to these users. I have lifted your ban.''

3. TRADING WHILE DNT'ed
Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:
The victim was repaid near instant. The fault was mine by refunding the money via Echeque which took 3 days for the victim to receive which i take total responsibility for.
Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: No there is nothing but good stuff since all of this mess I caused

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

A Customer wanted to buy gold off of me for Paypal, after I received the money on PayPal I then proceeded to get the gold to fulfil the customers order, I was then scammed for the gold I was buying for the customer so at this point I had no choice but to REFUND the funds as I could not fulfil the Customers order, because of this I decided to refund the full amount REFUND (PayPal E-Cheque) to the Victim. I made a huge mistake sending this money as an E-CHEQUE not realising it was not going to be instantly refunded, I also then discovered that this money takes potentially days for them to receive.

I have been using this marketplace for over 10 years, I Buy and Sell Billions of Runescape Gold and with having a DNT on my Sythe account currently I am not able to request Sythe PMs from users, I have already been scammed by impostors since since I cannot get PMs from the people, So by appealing my DNT I can then go back to SAFE TRADING using Sythe and Receiving/Sending PMs, this would be much appreciated as there are a lot of deals that I could not end up following up with Due to not being able to PM or Receive PMs on Sythe.
I just wanted to add in that my last ban (trading on Sythe while DNT'ed) I had no intention at all of trading using Sythe. I have never used Sythe for PMs or verification even after being scammed so many times i still dont ask for a PM from them id rather risk the money then to get banned for that.
I do all my work on Discord even after getting asked to vouch etc I ask for vouches on Discord to screenshot, and I Highly appreciate the fact I am not banned and still a member on the Sythe community right now.

I do use Discord Daily and have been trusted with HUGE amounts of money for either being trusted Selling Runescape Gold or being trusted Hosting gambling games for Runescape Gold.
I also believe that i should be pardoned for the DNT since i have traded in my opinion over $100,000+ Traded in Runescape gold/other trades like Runescape accounts & services without a single problem without using Sythe as a way to look at vouches or get PMs etc with such users as :

@Bert @Searchy @Skrizzly @pokole @Luck @EliteHanzo @Yirru @Spicy @Casper @OblivionRage @Saad @pingy @KingZaib @Jacky and also @Bolt which ended up scamming me for $865 USD which I will talk a bit more about below.

I have traded with a lot more users I just can't find there Sythe users and the ones above are some of the users I have traded BIG amounts of money with. 100% Feedback to all users everything always goes smooth

I also hold all the proof of all 07 trades and now I have imo hundreds more of trades that I have been trusted with using Discord. If any moderators Add/PM me on Discord I can show all trades and vouches I have gathered up . There are so many screenshots of trades ranging from 200m 07 up to a 9b 07 vouch etc. Id just much rather not post them publicly but if I were asked to provide proof to a moderator or admin I will instantly. Just in case if you did need discord M3HM37#2567 (UID: 311827084953780234).

I also literally every single day Host on a Discord Server and can be Trusted with $2000 USD because of my rank I have. I have been a rank here for approximately 6 months and nobody has ever had an issue with me. If anything people give good feedback to Clan owner @Bert about my Customer service etc. Please give me the chance to be pardoned as it will help me a lot with future trades etc. In my opinion I have had this DNT for a very long time and I personally think I deserve for it to be removed. It is totally up to all Staff but I thought I would add that in. Feel free to PM me on Discord I can invite you to the Discord Server I am NOW a PIT BOSS in. I think you guys would see a big difference in me if you talked to me 1 on 1 or even seen how I work as a Pitboss/Host.

One Last thing I would like to ADD into my Pardon is that while being DNT'ed I donated $250 using @video which makes me a $300 Donator. I was refunded $245 USD because I was scammed by Bolt for $865 USD and I decided to donate the entire amount to Sythe to show my Appreciation. I also do intend on donating more in the near future

With this DNT being removed I will be able to use the Perks as a $300 Donator can which I am looking forward to very much <3

I do get Nervous when writing this since I have to wait 3 months everytime it is denied so If I have made any mistakes please forgive me.
