I am sincerely sorry because of the last request for pardon i wrote. I totally got carried away because of family problems that were going on IRL. Please if it is ok can you guys @ Sythe staff please relook at this. @Champ i just seen that you tried to get into contact with me. Ive added you on Discord and my discord is M3HM37#4435. Lets get into this below.

Good Morning Sythe Staff.

Just starting off with requesting a pardon for all the trouble and headache i have caused to the Sythe staff. I was denied and told to come back 3 months later. I waited patiently and did not make a fuss about it. I listened to what i was told to do and came back on the 3rd month. It has been another 3 months by the way just adding this in. I have waited a long time and I do not plan to giveup because i am so sorry for the trouble and headaches ive caused to everyone. If it is ok please that this into account.

It has probably been a year i have no idea how long but i really really miss Sythe as i play Runescape daily and just love being in such a nice and trusted community.
I have no bad intentions if you guys were to pardon me and i promise nothing but good help/services to the Sythe community.

Report/post/reason that got you banned:
BAN REASON 1 - "scamming $120" which was refunded over a month ago and just because the other party did not confirm it my ban was not removed.
These scams were all sorted out and then i was unbanned then banned because of some OFFSITE SCAM.
BAN REASON 1 - This 'scam' was refunded so long before and while i was disputing @Chloe was waiting on him to confirm it and my ban was not removed for that reason. It was Refunded a long time before anybody realised.

BAN REASON 2 - Banned for Scamming/OFF SITE SCAM.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

BAN REASON 1 - This 'scam' was refunded so long before and while i was disputing @Chloe was waiting on him to confirm it and my ban was not removed for that reason. It was Refunded a long time before anybody realised.
I also believe i deserve to be pardoned because everything was sorted i admit i was a headache at the time but it has been a very long time since. I have nothing but good intention for this website. I just want a good community to be involved in while gaming which i do all day pretty much.

A friend also told me this person that i 'scammed' is now banned on Sythe. Name was Posighdin.
BAN REASON 2 - This offsite 'SCAM' on LOCOPK which is a Runescape Private Server was not a scam at all in fact i proved it to mod Chloe. Ill explain what happened anyway. On this video that was posted against me saying i scammed him 400M LocoPK which is legit nothing you can check in his inventory showing he had no gold to even start with. At the time i was speaking with a moderator and asked to have a bank check as they can do that on Runescape private servers and they did. I told the moderator what was happening etc and i was never banned or in trouble for this 'SCAM' on that server. Just knowing this person that i apparently 'scammed' in a gamble had no money to even gamble so his intentions are clear.

BAN REASON 3 -I dont know if this was fixed but there was another reason that i was banned earlier and thats because my cousin Hakan made an account on Sythe also and tried selling gold or something and linked my Skype. They said i was ban evading but this was not me, his name was Hakan avcu i can see posts by him back in 2015 with a screenshot i have of his Sythe account i took earlier which also shows his real Skype name and his name also (Hakan Avcu). I am a different person to Hakzz17.

Hey Wortelive just made this account (my main account is banned) just to reply to the thread i originally started for requesting a pardon because i have a lot to say and a lot of stuff that was said on my request for pardon page is incorrect. They said i have so many accounts theyve gave me a list of accounts with one of them being my brothers full name but in one of my ''scam'' pages hes actually there arguing with me. I want to make it clear that i am not using multiple accounts to use this website and also it says that theres a scam victim of $200+ which was paid every single dollar and also proved so long ago.. Please help me out here i need your help very very urgently. Once again this account was made just to reply to that dispute but i was not allowed to so i thought id contact you and please just delete this account it was an accident it was only made to reply to my request a pardon thread because i had no other option to reply but i am still stuck in the same situation. Please just delete this account and if you can please add my discord to talk.

'hakzz17' is not my account. My family are very close families with my first cousin Hakan Avcu which is my mothers sisters son. He is born is 1998 and im pretty sure he was young and did not know what he was doing at the time he was using my account and posting his skype etc on my Sythe account (I leave my laptop logged in at home).

Not one of these accounts are my accounts. The first account is my brothers Full name which somebody got off skype when asking me for ID selling gold or something then they started to troll using his name etc. They went the extent calling the police with his name and stupid stuff like that. Proof that 'AHMET TOKSOZ' is not me.

That 'scam' was backfired onto that guy because i was working with the runescape private server mods to show that the guy that i apparently 'scammed' was trying to scam and he got anti scammed/banned. If you watch the video of me 'scamming' him you can see in his inventory he was 'gambling vs me with no money in his inventory and thats what osrs private server mods wait for to ban the people. I have never been banned on that private server and i cannot remember who it was i proved it all to with screenshots etc but i think it was chloe.

A) Your ban evasions
B) Your scamming, even though you repaid debts. How do we know you will not scam again?
C) Your off-site scamming as well, is all of that resolved and are you unbanned there?
D) Are they anymore ban evasion we have missed, if we find it you will then be re-banned, so it's best to tell us.
E) Are they anymore debts you can think of?

@M3HM37, Can you explain the following:

Ban evasions most of them are not me. I think the ban evasion I last got was to post on the ban thread or purely for messaging sythe staff ONLY. I’ve also been accused of being Hakzz17 which is my cousin Hakan Avcu not me.

B) Your scamming, even though you repaid debts. How do we know you will not scam again?

I pretty much got myself stuck into stupid situations and I am sincerely sorry for doing so and I kept repeating it but I will be very very precautious on how future trades go etc. I will promise to gain the sythe community’s trust once again and I will not repeat my mistakes.

C) Your off-site scamming as well, is all of that resolved and are you unbanned there?

Off-site scamming was on a RSPS and I was never banned in the first place for scamming “400m rsps currency” because I was speaking with a moderator about the situation at the time and I even sent screenshots I think to mod Chloe to prove that I was not banned and to prove that the other user did in fact not even have 400m (RSPS CURRENCY) in his inventory to “stake” with me as you can see in the video you guys have been shown because it is from his account that is being recorded as I recall.

D) Are they anymore ban evasion we have missed, if we find it you will then be re-banned, so it's best to tell us.

I do not have anymore sythe accounts that I use or anything like that I only use m3hm37 and I do not remember making any if I did like 10 years ago but I’m pretty certain I did not make another account. Back then I was trading on MMOExchange and I had my sythe account as well but my username was always “m3hm37”

E) Are they anymore debts you can think of?

I don’t have anymore debts to pay off as I have discussed all of that with Chloe and I have repaid everything that was ruled to be repaid. PS. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO PROVE MYSELF BUT I DO BELIEVE I DESERVE A CHANCE BECAUSE OF ALL THE EFFORT/TIME IVE BEEN TRYING TO PUT BACK INTO SYTHE! THANKS, MEHMET!

Hey Sythe staff Good morning/evening to you all.

I am so sorry to hear that @Champ has resigned. Well that what I was told by him on discord sorry if im wrong.

I was just wondering if he was looking after my case what will end up happening now. Its been close to 2 weeks now I am not familiar on how these things work to be honest if im being annoying right now I am very sorry I just don't know if im getting a reply and not seeing it because my phone is still showing the comments from wortel when im updating it so I don't know if that's the problem or there isn't an update.

Again im sorry to all the Sythe staff for all the trouble ive caused and I promise you guys you will hear nothing but good from me in the near future hopefully
