M3HM37 REFUND PAID

I am so glad I'm finally done reading this lol. It's like I read the same thing over and over again. Either way, it's time to clear this dispute out of the way.

From my understanding what's happening here is:
- You and @Posighdin had a trade, Posighdin paid you and you claim you refunded him for whatever reason. Posigh however claims he has not received any refund. I'm not sure what on earth happened with MPGH's forum design but from what I have last seen he was quite reputable there, so if he claims he hasn't received a refund I'm inclined to believe him. If he wishes you receive a refund only in 07GP or Bitcoins then that's how you're going to have to refund him. You dealt in 07GP, it should be no problem for you to get some gold.

- The ban evading part is irrelevant. @hakzz17 was banned for ban evading you. Not the other way around. He was using TPG Internet and you are mainly using Telstra Internet (+ others) however you 2 have nearly the exact same geolocation. His IP's are closer to Sydney. That's the only advantage you have regarding this. However due to you 2 living near each other and practically being each other's brothers instead of cousins, I'm suggesting we treat this more like a "brother - brother" situation than a "cousin - cousin" one. Meaning that you 2 will be considered as the same person. Whatever rule you break, will result in a punishment for your cousin - or in this way, the other way around.

- The off-site ban on Loco. We will not contact the Loco staff in anyway and I'm nearly sure they will never contact us, so we can get on to the evidence provided so far. This is actually funny to me, because I literally never saw this before. It does look like whatever game you 2 were playing was lost by you. Your counter argument is "he didn't even have 400m" but totally irrelevant. This case is about you, if you wish to report him (if he has a Sythe account) go ahead, but that's not what this is about. Not totally sure what to do with this though, but considering I'm closing this report other moderators can solve this mystery in the future.

After some digging I also found some home IP matches between you and these accounts: @speedsage & @deedubz.
Different ISP's than the one you usually use though.

Either way, if you wish to return to Sythe this is what I can suggest you to do:
- Solve your issues with @Posighdin. Refund him in Bitcoins or 07GP. If he refuses to cooperate then go to next step.
- Dispute a Ban or TWC. Either mention you have refunded Posigh (with proof) or claim he doesn't cooperate (with proof) and we'll figure out a way for you to refund otherwise. (community repayment)
- Once your debt is repaid: Request a Pardon.

There is no way around this. There is too much evidence laying on the table proving either you or your cousin is guilty.

PS: Any more experienced moderator or admin is granted to overrule this post. I am not very experienced, but I tried my utmost best to review all those disputes and get done with it.
