    I received my twc 2 months ago, I know I got it because of my carelessness, but now I have improved, I have not had any problems.

    You can appreciate in my vouches and donation that I am a serious member and I am creating my reputation.

    I hope you forgive me for my failure, the error is human, and I am here to apologize and compensate for my mistakes.

    I'm sorry if there is a mistake in my writing, I'm still trying to improve my English.
