Mind helping us out here, why did you remove him from Discord?

Confirmed the Discord:
Lewis#9580 is a match, it's the same Discord you've been sending out in PMs

[LxTrainer]

Hey, i remove everyone once services are complete and no further jobs will be required

Will have a look into this for you, the account in question would have been accessible by my workforce on a spreadsheet of accounts that need completing, so if you give me a couple of hours i'll do some digging.

worst case scenario, i'll refund you the 35m + 5m for your problems.

hope this helps,
be in contact soon.

[LxTrainer]

i suspect one of my workers has recovered the account for himself (Guinum1510 he has a TWC) but i would like to confirm it with him before ending his services.

in the meantime i will refund Spiral of his 35m + 5m

Cheers,
LxTrainer.

I also assumed there would not be any future business with Spiral due to his ban alongside the ban of the MM

(to confirm Spiral (Dreams656) was only removed not blocked.)

[Gladiator]

@LxTrainer
Since he's banned, do not make any refunds directly to him for the time being.

[LxTrainer]

Okay what would you advise me to do? because i really need this DNT removing, with him currently on OSRS in trade screen. ill just wait for now for your update

[Gladiator]

@LxTrainer

It's your choice at this point, the 35m OSRS can go back to his scam victims (which is why he's banned), so you can sell the 35m OSRS and give a Moderator BTC to repay his victims. Or if you still want to refund him directly, you can do so.

[LxTrainer]

To confirm Spiral#6169 is Untalentable on discord, refunding now. 35m +5m (40m total)

@LxTrainer
In future don't remove people from Discord, especially as this was an account purchase and not a service.

Closed this as it's been resolved.
