CRIKIO the guy was apparently an ex staker so you can sort of see how he did it oh and yeah he tried to scam the account.

 

There are a lot of people low levels like that now

all you need is 44 prayer, 50ish range, mage shortbow + a lot of rune arrows.

Then prayer pots and zammy brews or something i think

 

To be that low level and have a firecape, you need to have the money, the experience, the patience, and the skills. To me this is just amazing, I am currently going for ancients and a firecape on my level 51.

Ontop of that, C R I K I O is a glitched account. Meaning... he got firecape through a glitch... you can attack monsters, but they cannot attack you (Except for jad, he can still hit you).

Other people who have used this glitch is: U A E X.

A) he is not a scammer
B) he did not use the glitch so he didnt get banned, it was incredibly easy to detect and the people who did it got banned

39 is the lowest i do believe and uaex v jad had one at 43 i think.
