My budget is about 10m but i dont want to risk that much i dont like riskign that much tbh.

well for mid, since ur mage and range arent great ,id use full rune, defender, and zerker helm to pk in..

If your serious about this, like you want to become extrememly ownage, get your mage to 82 and range to 85, then try some kinda dbow spec/barrage combo... gl.
