The definition of scam:

So making one believe that they can make a profit on an online game is not enticing and/or attractive?

Get this dumbass, a lure is a form of scamming. WHOAA!!
Its making something appeal to someone else to take advantage of them. To get what you want through the art of trickery. But wait... thats a form of a fraudulent, semi-allaberate scheme? Yes.

Luring people into getting what you want is a form of scamming.

 

Here are a few F2P items that you could use:
charcoal (well, its P2P but it can be sold as a F2P item)
fish food/poisonned fish food/poison (all found in draynor mansion)
burnt bones (IDK, you could say they give X exp)
rum (meh)
wine of zamorak (probably not, so many people know about this one)

 

I did this scam and got 10 whips

I used to do this with my friend. I sold charcoal for 200k and my friend was "supposed" to buy them for 600k. Easy money, cause not many people on free player no what this is.

 

Yeah, for some reason I got on runescape last night and tried it again just to see if spiked boots still work and i made 750k.

 

lol i finally tried it made like 140k not that great took like an hour

 

cool trick there are lots of people doing these trick all over runescape
