    @BigTing was banned for a month for miss using my personal information and contacting my friends and family, today he did it again, AFTER getting his ban here on sythe.

    I upped his ban to three months as this remains a totally inappropriate response. There's not much more we can do right now though. If this is more inconvenient than the cost of refunding him you could consider that approach as well.
