(Lukeyduke92) Scammer? Discord block .

So sorry I dont have any picture proof at the moment , came to work this morning and figured I'd check my discord and found out he blocked me on there. I took pictures of our conversations yesterday with my phone so I'll have to find a way to upload when I get a chance .

Lukeyduke92, was interested in buying my osrs pure nearly maxed for 300m osrs gp. Gave me the run around about vouches, he said we can get a MM ,but I figured since he insisted that I could give him some trust also since he had one vouch.

We chatted on discord talking being friendly ect , gave him the account info.changed the email to the one he told me to enter, Told me he was ok with the account and ordered the Gp. Gave me the run around about how he was waiting on delivery , few hours pass same ordeal... tells me it's late where he lives and nodded out at the PC. Last time , I asked him he said he would be on in 2minutes to deliver the gp , once again never showed and then stopped replying. ( I even left bandos with kc about to go in with irl friends) then stood around for 30mins just waiting for response or trade...



Woke up this morning came to work and checked my discord said why not let's see if he replied , and nope so I went to message and I was blocked ....like really..

He just now replied saying account has been recovered when I'm the only one with account info , never shared, hand trained account and never had an issue with the account ever , just so randomly the account is now getting (recovered) by somebody else? And I haven't submitted a recovery report yet . This dudes a snake

I'm willing to give him 5 hours for payment or return of the account so I dont have to go through the trouble recovering it.
New to the forums cut me some slack , I want to get this out there now and not wait untill I get home , but when I get home I'll upload our conversations !

He said in the last picture that the email was changed to a V in the beginning , I just submitted a recovery and it said the email started with the letter (L) just like his email starts with the letter (L) this guys really not making any sense... and recovering an account in a matter of 4 hours ? Um dont think itll be that fast. IM THE ONLY OWNER OF THIS ACCOUNT

I dont even think it's possible to recover an account under 24hours with out there ever being recoveries set on the account and the email being changed to his.

Said he filed a report against me for scamming.. but if I was to scam why would I recover the account asap with out even getting a single payment ?

I have over $500 in bank statements from this past week alone , showing I've ordered my own gold. Definitely dont need his..or his money. As you can see in the picture I asked him how long it's been since I've logged in he replied with 28 days ! And befor I listed the account is was an additional month , I dont play the account anymore, grew out of pking, specially on pures and didnt need the account for anything at all or even make it into another build .

Hope he's gone for good , because i'll further be worried about trying to sell the account to a legit buyer and something happening to it in the future due to this guy.

@kyleMacDizzle I actually just assisted him sell that account as a middle man...

I wish I or the buyer had seen this dispute prior to the purchase. You might want to get in contact with @iZho as he's in possession of the account. I can give any screens needed for staff.

@Lukeyduke92 has been DNT'd. @iZho if you bought this account you should remove all wealth from it as it seems Luke is going to recover it (if he hasn't already). Sorry for your loss.

 

Reopening this because evidently I misunderstood. Here's my new and improved understanding:

1. @kyleMacDizzle sold an account to LD.
2. LD never paid Kyle (300m scammed) but did get control of the account.
3. LD turned around and sold the account to @iZho.

We're talking about who gets to keep the account now. Will update once we sort things out.

 

Okay, spoke to the big boys in yellow and here's the rub:

1. @kyleMacDizzle is the rightful owner of the account. When @Lukeyduke92 failed to pay him 300m, Kyle gained the right to recover his account.
2. LD never had the right to sell the account to @iZho. When Kyle recovers the account, iZho will lose access to it. However, LD is responsible for this, so he also owes @iZho a refund (for however much was paid).

Izho, could you please return the account to Kyle? Kyle, if you guys cannot reach an agreement on this you should just go ahead and recover your account. Will leave this open for a bit in case people have questions.

 

Sounds good, trying to recover it . Been 10+hours on one recovery but no response yet from Jagex. Would be best if @iZho could turn over the information back to me just incase anything. offered to pay 10m osrs to help him a little from losing what he lost to Lukey.

 

@iZho please return the account to @kyleMacDizzle - just switch over the password/email to him please.

 

The account is no longer linked to my email; And kyle still has not gained access? I'm not sure what to do here.
