    I waited a while to see if he would be an honest guy and man up. He has not and stole the account way down the line after I got the account in the end game. I have links of him actively using myPVM in the last couple days after stealing the account back and was going to see if I could link the login email to see if he's using services on the account after he stole it back. The account was double name changed but I have been following it and seeing the xp still going up, so he's playing on it or using services before he sells and scams other for their money.

    He also claimed to be helping me try to recover the account, but gave info that was wrong. After several attempts to do it on my own, I gave him access to the orig email to "try to recover it." I could not get the account back anyways, so I obliged and he took the original email as well.

    @jharr16 do you mind providing the login email/username for the account? I don't think he has any intentions of returning the account and it may save someone else from being scammed in the future.
