Low lv stakers

I'm going to be making 2 staking accounts, but I haven't decided which ones yet.

I might PK occaisionally on them, but idk..
Any ideas?

I must have 1 mage boxer and the other another low lv staker.
Recommended stats? (must be low lv i.e cb -80)

Range stakers with 1 defence seem pretty good or a mag staker with the new spell would wreck but take time to make as thers alot of quests.
