Explanation of the trade: My steam account h2_o3 for Cryax 5m osrs

How they scammed: 21th July 2016 sold Cryax steam account img01. Day after he reported back that account I sold to him got VAC banned img09 img10. 25th July I contacted him to find solution. He first said that he had never played with account since I sold it to him img02. In further investigation, it came out that he also shared account and played more than 1 game img03. Meanwhile I agreed to refund money he paid for my steam account img04. He then gave me access to account. I then could easily check why account was banned. It was not VAC ban, it was temporary game ban. His main account got ban for griefing and he added same phone nr he used on his main to steam account he bought from me. Therefore account he bought was banned for same amount of time his main was banned img05 img06 img07. He said that he will give account back (+ 32days temp ban) and I should not change details img08. Despite the fact it was his fault account got banned first place, I was stupid enought to agree his terms. Now over 1 month later when restriction is lifted (Steam Community :: CryaX), I am not able to login my account since it still has his email set. He is not answering in Skype, been contacting over a week yet he was online in Sythe yesterday img11.

Alright, I'm satisfied with the following:

• You completed the trade with Cyrax.
• The Steam account got temporarily banned for toxicity, for 32 days.
  • Cyrax admits his other account was banned for griefing.
• You refunded Cyrax 5m, and he confirms that.
• Cyrax asked you not to change the information, and based on what you've said, you haven't.
• It has been 32 days since the banned was issued, and you can't access your account.

For the time being, assuming you want to get your account back (and can't get access to it by yourself), the following will occur: Cyrax will help you regain access to your account [if you want something else, let me know].

I've sent Cyrax a PM. If he doesn't respond after he has read it, or doesn't make contact with me or you within a reasonable time frame, I'll ban him until you two come to an arrangement. Feel free to add anything.

He lied about amount of games he played, he shared account and lied about reason of ban. He just answered me in Skype, pretty much letting me know that I will not get account back.

Only reason we did not change details at the time was because Cryax insisted not to change them because CRYAX wanted to watch demos, NOT me.

TL;DR Cryax lied about not playing with account and accused me for getting account banned. I asked Cryax to give account back while giving him full refund. Because I knew, it could not possibly get banned for VAC, I asked Cryax to also have 50% own resposibility since I had to wait over a month to play again. Now please, be my guest, and post what you have, Cryax.

Can someone actually handle my case? I don't think malakadang is capable to do it. It has been 3 days!

 

Actually @slinde - @malakadang clearly said remind him in 3 days if no progress has been made. Just tag him and he'll check in

 

@Dave we've been chatting in Sythe conversation; Cyrax has given slinde the password, but I don't think they've changed the email yet. This is taking a while due to the timezone difference.

I didn't think it would be best to simply ban Cyrax as that would make communicating more difficult. In any case, Cyrax usually responds before he goes to work, so he should see the new PM about changing the email and we'll go from there.

Ye, you shouldn't bother to ban him, since new Sythe's policy is pardon and get TWC or donate to remove TWC.
What possible good I get from having password, when I cannot login nor change settings due email authenticator?
