Disputing methods

Ok so basically, I paid this user 6m 07 for a method that makes 1.5m/hour. I was under the impression that to make this I'd only need requirements that can be gotten 30-1hour as seen here http://i.imgur.com/V59x0tb.png

However, after i've paid him, I've realised that the requirements cannot be gotten in this time frame. They'd take much over 7 days of playing 24/7 to get these reqs. I will provide proof for mods.

EDIT: Is selling public methods allowed? His other methods the really public and known methods, which I'm sure isn't allowed to be sold here, please confirm.

 

From the rules:

Trying to Sell Something that is Free: for example, Sythe's old autos or some free bot. However, selling the method of how to acquire these items is permitted in the relevant forum.

So that's fine. You can pm me regarding the method that didn't take 30-60 minutes (show him telling it to you please) if you like

Ok so I just got paid 5mil as a 'partial' refund. If that's fine with the mods I'll accept that?
