Lost my old account

Hey guys

Recently I got back into RS, sadly I don't remember my password (been 3 years since I logged in) I might have been hacked. My question is where should I mail to get it back and what information do I have to provide? At the moment this is all I remember/have saved in a text file from back then:

- When the account was created. (year and month)
- My old provider.
- Many of my friends (I had taken screens 3 years ago, I know these people irl and they can verify)
- How I paid my membership (don't have any proof though)
- My log-in name (never changed it)
- All my stats I had back then and my latest activity. (I have my logs here so I have everything of it)

That's kinda it, will it be approved? My account was combat 125+12, it would be a waste of all the time I spent on it if I can't get it back. Any tips that helped in the past? I can really use it. Thanks in advance!

Best of luck man. Jagex has made it almost literally impossible to recover accounts. I can teven get an account I made in 2003 back because they want the ISP i created the account on zipcode password and payment information

which literally i have no fucking idea lol its been over 10 years
