I have found work again... i am working temporarily at a bakery (mass production) as in production line mindless bullshit work... but for 17 - 25$ an hour ill do it so-as i can get the money coming in =]

Thats good you found another job, and one that pays decent at that.

But if you want a good steady job that doesn't plateau, why not shell out some cash and take EMT courses. After you get certified in that you go on calls in the ambulance. You'll meet all sorts of people from the fire department/police station which is never a bad thing.

I'm in the fire department and I sometimes get to go on the ambulance calls as an assistant to the EMT. I don't get paid because I'm a "volunteer Firefighter", but I got to see some interesting things, and Ive made some friends in good places.

You can start out at being an EMT at 18 and I think you start out at $20. Only thing is the hours are weird.

EDIT: I'm pretty sure its $20 an hour here in long island, but it could and probably different at other locations.

That really does suck... If it was a legit Job your boss cannot throw you away, unless he has a proper reason too. And missing 2 days is not a proper reason to throw you away from your job.

 

dunno if it helps bt im doin law at uni, and u wil find ur boss had no right to sack you, so if i was you seek legal advice and sue his ass pm for any queries
