Lost items and bank???

Just woke up, was in nmz last night, jagex just wiped my bank and good items??? Only just bought 100m yesterday

 

Did anyone have access to your account at all?

 

Someone must have had access to your account because Jagex wouldn't wipe your bank and good items, they would just ban you for RWT.

 

I had the account for a long time had hundreds of mils no problems, lost a big amount at the duel arena so i needed to buy some. woke up today my inv had slayer 1gp items like enchanted gem earmuffs...etc no gp had like 8m, but fury ammy other items not taken, just what I was wearing from the gp I bought.

 

Your account must have been compromised by someone, I suggest changing your e-mail information as well as your account information. Don't forget the 2FA (Authenticate) your email and OSRS account.

 

there's no way jagex did that , or u got hacked or u stake the money there's no option 3 , gl

 

I’ve only seen 1 account get the gold wiped, but not the items. Someone probably had your account info.
