    I used to be pretty obese and started putting on a lot of weight especially on my thighs and bottom in my late thirties. I started exercising as often as possible and also cut down on a lot of high calorie stuff. Unfortunately I hardly managed to lose much weight at all. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed that she managed to lose nearly half of her weight using a particular weight loss supplement. I tried it out and it actually worked quite well. Within 4 months I managed to lose about 65 pounds. The results were pretty amazing and I feel so much healthier and energetic now. You can read more about the lady's article at

    Actually, not eating breakfast will only make you more fat as it won't get your body burning as fast as it should be. Bad idea.

    Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, you can miss lunch and dinner but eat heavy breakfast if your really desperate. Not eating dinner is somewhat a good way to lose weight. It's been proven that you gain weight overnight.

    swim don't expect results fast, swimming is the 2nd best thing that burns the most calories, first is sex.

    its the small things that matter, in the end, it might just be your motabolism, and their is nothing you can do about it, don't eat less, just eat healthier and in less frequent proportions

    I weighed 200 lbs like 3 months ago. Than I started skipping breakfast and eating smaller meals during lunch and dinner and I lost 25lbs. I don't do sports or anything. Just resist your hunger a bit but not enough to starve yourself.

    your wrong lol, people with FAST/high metabolism are usually skinny and that means they are digesting their food way too easily, which means not enough nurition for the body to gain the muscle, PEACE THE FUK OUT.
