    Losing someone or something?

I know a lot of you guys don't care, but I just lost my dog yesterday, who just turned 5 a week ago. I was out on vacation for 2 days, and when i got back i hopped out of the car and looked over the fence to call my 2 dogs names, i look down and see that one of my dogs is looking through the hole that looks into the garage. I call her name 2 times and she doesnt move at all, i then run back there and try to pull her out, but her collar is stuck on a bolt, i grab scissors and cut her collar off and pull her out, im holding her in my hands to find out that she is dead and i start breaking into tears, she died from suffocation trying to get out herself.

I was wondering if any of you have recently lost someone or something and would like to explain, no flaming please..

Sorry for your loss :( I used to have a dog who was 14 years old, blind, deaf, and obviously very crippled due to his age, and one day he got out and got hit by a car. I was very sad and a few years ago my 3rd cousin died of cancer, as did my friend's mother. But it's ok because they're in a better place, where you will meet one day.

I lost my grandfather sometime at the beggining of this year, he died of lung cancer, a brain tumor and my grandmother. ='(

My dog ran away about two weeks ago, I was really upset about it, not only because she ran away, but because my parents didn't care. I was VERY happy when she came back two days later.

Sucks man, my dog died the same way, his collar was tied to the patio
and he twisted himself around and I guess hung himself. I recently lost
my great grandmother she was nintey six. Every creature dies at some point

    2xDogs died.
    1xAunt died.

Couldn't care less. I don't see the point in breaking in to tears or being sad, what the hell is that going to do? Get on with life.

Swan we dont cry in hopes of getting them back, we cry because we miss them. It's a natural healthy human emotion also an emotion of elephants.

I lost my grandmother in April, i practically lived at her house and loved my grandma vey much. She was my mentor and a good friend , she died suddenly one day in her sleep.

i still cry. i dont believe in god but she did. I know if there is a heaven and the belief of the expectations are true then she is in heaven and that only helps so much.
