    Lose Weight?

I would say 2-3 pounds if you can find a decent cardio workout that you're comfortable with doing a few times per week. It all depends on your body type really.

    Lose Weight?

Targeting a certain area of the body will only build muscle in that area. You can't control where fat is burned off.

    Lose Weight?

Eat Breakfast. it's the most important meal of the day. Then eat some more of the healthier things at school for lunch, if you are out of school do the same at home.

Make sure your dinner is very diverse when it comes to the food pyramid. (Meats, Grain, Veggie's)

And you can fit in a healthy snack every 3 hours.

Other than that, do anything that gets you out of the house, wether you shoot some hoops, go running, rollerblading, etc.

    Lose Weight?

As long as your are in a calorie deficit, you will lose weight. You can do that by either starving yourself, or, the healthier way, controlling your diet and exercising regularly. If you are in a calorie deficit of 500 a day, you will lose 1 pound every week.

What is your weight? I highly doubt you can lift that much (unless it's like quarter squats).

    Lose Weight?

Consuming 1400 calories a day is really unhealthy and somewhat unrealistic (unless you are gonna eat salads all day). I'd aim for something more realistic like 2000 calories a day.

    Lose Weight?

    That's not healthy at all..

Try to mix up a controlled diet with exercise, instead of just eating crap. Eat healthier foods and aim for around 2000 calories, and make sure you exercise everyday.

Healthy foods are not just fruits and veggie's. although they are some of the best things for you.

When Skele means a controlled diet, I think he is reffering to the healthy diet I know, which is at least one section of the food pyramid.

Meats are usually consumed for dinner.

What / Grain is usually consumed when you eat sandwichs, bread, etc.

Fruits/Veggie's are really healthy any time around.

Make sure you get a lot of fiber, by you just eating PB sandiwchs all you are adding is carbs, peanut oil, and calories from fat.

    Lose Weight?

Well for instance as I said,

Diversity in your Dinners. I would recommed Meat as your main course, a vegetable for a side, and another side you can choose. (Mashed potatoes, Noodles?)

For Breakfast the healthiest things to eat are Fruits, Grain or Granola. I myself usually have fruit, or if not a Granola bar.

Lunch, try to get your bread into your diet, eat a sandwich, a piece of toast or two etc.

Now in between your 3 major meals, it is recommended that you have a healthy snack every 3 hours.

And I am by no means saying you can't snack. Choose 1 day out of the week, and maybe have a chocolate bar, a muffin etc.

Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, and try to maintain around a 2,000 calorie diet if you would like to lose weight.
