i have good expirience with Raf and with leveling. U can choose from hord or alience i have level 80 on both.

I've done raf a couple times and I Found them @ the official world of warcraft forums...

Keep in mind, that even then it was not easy finding a partner. If you are not willing to give anything to them in exchange for taking the bitch end of the deal, then it's hard to find someone.

Nobody really trusts a random stranger with $20(vanilla key) so that's always the blurry line in finding a partner.

I assure you it is possible though.
