Looking to purchase a domain with EMAILS

Hey,

I'm looking to buy a domain name, and I know which one I want.

I want to pay per year, and have access to create my own email accounts with it. I would also like to pay via PayPal.

Also, will it be possible to add hosting later on?

The last time I bought a domain, the company decided to try and take me to court for 'not paying the fees' because I used a debit card instead of credit, so i'm a bit sceptical.
